Public Worship

You would be most welcome at either of our Sunday services or at our Bible Study/Prayer Meeting (held on Wednesday Evening). The services consist of hymn singing, prayer, Bible reading, and an explanation of the reading with its relevance to our lives.

The Sunday Evening service is especially appropriate for those who are not regular Church attenders, or who are considering the things of God for the first time.

Facilities exist for the disabled: A ramp allows the main building to be accessed by those in wheelchairs, an induction loop is fitted for those who use hearing aids, and our toilet facilities are suitable for wheelchair users.

We believe that God's Word, the Bible, needs to be better understood by all people.
As the Word of God, it is always relevent.
We also believe that the whole of the Bible is God's Word, and every part has rich lessons for us today.
For these reasons the public ministry ranges across the whole of scripture.
The preacher seeks to explain each portion of the Bible and draw out its lessons for us
"Therefore I esteem all thy precepts concerning all things to be right; and I hate every false way."   Psalm 119.128

Bookstall

Book Ministry

We stock a selection of Christian books and Bibles, and have contacts with several book suppliers

Recording Ministry

We record all of the sermons preached during our Sunday services and our Wednesday Bible Studies. These recordings are available for friends to borrow.

We also hold a number of recordings of sermons preached elsewhere.

Missionary Support

We support several missionaries in various countries around the world.

Aries Liboro pastors a Church at Valenzuala in the Philippines.

Brian Ellis pastors the Cubao Reformed Baptist Church in the Philippines.

Keith Underhill pastors the Trinity Baptist Church, Nairobi, Kenya.
God has also granted him opportunities to plant and help works elsewhere in Kenya, as well as to train men for the ministry.

Rogerio Ramos pastors a Church at Sines in Portugal.

History Lecture

God willing, we hold a History Lecture on a Saturday afternoon in Spring every year, followed by a tea.

All are welcome, although prior notification is appreciated to assist catering.
